the interest of wagering patrons and the State of New Mexico in
a manner which promotes a climate of economic prosperity for horsemen,
horse owners and racetrack management.

Announcements:
Effective December 12, 2008, the fingerprint fee will increase to $30.00
in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Subsection A, 16.47.1.8 NMAC. The
$30.00 money order must be payable to the New Mexico Racing Commission.
