Effective July 1, 2025, and pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-9, the State of New Mexico Racing Commission will commence charging requestors one dollar ($1.00) per printed page for all records it has in its possession which are not in electronic form. The NMRC will contact the requestor with the cost and the requestor shall be required to make payment for such records in advance of their copying.
